12 Signs You Could Be Drinking Too Much

Unwinding with a drink is a favourite pastime of many people. A nice glass of wine with a meal or a few drinks with friends is always a pleasurable thing to do. But are you drinking too much? It can be all too easy to lose track of how much booze you’re actually putting away each week.

You might not realise how much you’re drinking, but even just those couple of sociable drinks on the way home from work can really add up.

The slope is a slippery one, and before you know it you could find yourself running into problems because of your drinking habits.
