12 Ways To Give Up Smoking Forever

Even if you recognise that smoking is expensive and bad for our health, it can be a hard habit to kick! The problem is that nicotine is highly addictive and this makes it hard to give up smoking – hard but not impossible. So, how can you make your chances of giving up smoking as high as possible?

Motivation

You need to make sure that you have the motivation and willpower to give up. If you don’t really want to give up smoking then you’ll probably never be successful. Set a date ahead of time so you can mentally prepare yourself to give up. Remind yourself often of the reasons why you are giving up as this will also help you to stay motivated.

It is essential that you look at what might stop you from giving up smoking. By knowing what is likely to stand in your way you should be able to find a way around them and make your journey much easier.
