10 Ways to Get a Bigger Bum

In case you hadn’t noticed, people are absolutely obsessed with getting a bigger bum these days. But why? Well, more and more celebrities and models are working towards getting a shapely derriere, and it looks good! Much better than having no shape to fill your jeans. A bigger bum gives us ladies a more desirable silhouette. Some people are born with big bums; others must work hard to get the bum of their dreams. Here are 10 ways you can get a bigger bum:

  1. Squatting With Weights

Squatting with weights will help the muscles in the glutes and other parts of the leg to get stronger and tighter, creating a perkier, rounder, plumper looking bum. Glute bridges are performed lying on the floor, with your legs up at an angle. Make sure your feet are tucked close to your bum. You then lift your bum as high as you can off the floor, and pulse. Start adding a weight when you feel confident. Feel the burn!

Use a cable machine and an ankle strap for this one. Simply get your stance right, shoulder width apart, knees slightly bent, and kick backwards while keeping a good posture. Lift your leg as high as you can to feel a squeeze on that glute muscle.

Grab yourself two benches and a heavy dumbbell. With one foot on each bench, hold the dumbbell at one end in between your legs. Then squat down. Just make sure you don’t lose your balance!

These will help you to break a sweat, and they work wonders if you want lean legs and a big butt to be proud of. Simply alternate your legs until you’ve completed the desired amount of reps. Don’t forget to use weights!

If you begin training to get a bigger bum, you need to eat to support that training. Make sure you’re eating enough of the right foods, and watch that booty grow!
